Getting setup to order SSA89 requests

In order to get your account setup for form SSA89 requests through the social security administration the following must be completed:

1. Fill out the attestation form by clicking here (ssa89.kcbcredit.com)
2. Register your financial institution with the social security administration by clicking here (https://www.ssa.gov/dataexchange/eCBSV/institution_registration.html) After registering, please email a copy of the registration form to support@kcbcredit.com and a support agent will let you know as soon as your account is ready to make orders.
