- Once you have signed into your online account. Access the credit report you would like to merge, start with the borrower you would like to use as the main borrower on the merged file. On the right side of the screen under Add-On Products, choose Merge with another file. *Please note, you must have ADMIN access privileges to use this option

- A popup message will then appear asking to select a user to own the merged file. You can either click Select current file owner or you can select an available user from the list you would like to assign this merged credit file too,

- The Create Merged File screen will appear, enter the credit file # of the credit report you would like to merge with. Then click Create Merged File.

- The Copy File confirmation screen will appear, confirm the (2) credit files entered are correct and lastly click Merge Files.

- Our system will then make a copy of both files, merge them together and provide a credit file # that includes both consumers.
