- Once you have signed into your online account. Access the credit report you would like to reorder the frozen or locked credit report on. On the right side of the screen under Add-On Products, choose Reorder Frozen/Locked Files.

- A popup message will then appear asking if you wish to proceed with copying the file, removing the frozen or locked credit information and reordering them, click Ok to proceed.
