- Once signed into the Main page of our online portal, under the Tools section choose SmartPay Setup. *Users with ADMIN settings will need to choose Users under the Tools section, click on the user you would like to setup the SmartPay link for and click on the SmartPay tab on the top of the screen.

- You will then be taken to the SmartPay link management portal. If you have previously created a SmartPay link, it will be available to get a copy of the link(s) by clicking Copy URL next to the link you would like to copy. To create a new SmarPay link, click Add.

- The SmartPay Setup screen will appear. Start by naming the link, choose the credit bureaus you would like to incude, choose the Permissable Pupose (loan type), select Applicant's Credit Card under the Credit Order Payment section, choose whether you would like to save the applicant's credit card on file for future charges, Do Not Use Precise ID, confirm the Notification Email, choose a Score Disclosure to present to the consumer and click Create.

- A SmartPay Link page will be displayed with your SmartPay Link. This link can be placed on your website, email signature and/or be sent to the borrower directly. Once a credit report is pulled using this link, the user will be notified of the credit file # and will have access to the borrowers signed credit authorization form as well.

FAQ
- SmartPay link can only be used for credit transactions. It can not be used for any other products. Please use the Total Cost for Borrower option to pay for other products directly with the borrowers credit card.
- A separate SmartPay link will need to be created for both hard pull/soft pull user accounts.
- The consumer will not receive a direct copy of the credit file when pulling credit using the SmartPay link.
