KCB Credit's FNMA/DO/DU & FMAC/LP credit agency information

When running a KCB Credit report through Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac's underwriting systems, please use the below information:

Fannie Mae/Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator

• Credit Agency Name: KCB Credit LLC (305)
  • When promoted to enter an Account Number and Password, proceed by entering your KCB Credit username (account number) and password in the corresponding fields. 

Freddie Mac/Loan Prospector

• Credit Agency: Meridian Link, Inc
  • Technical Affiliate: KCB Credit LLC
    • A username and password is not required when running a credit report through FMAC/LP's automated underwritng systems. We are required to setup a Seller Servicer Number/Third Party Originator (TPO) number in our system to enable access. Please contact support@kcbcredit.com to add this information, if needed.

**Please note that KCB defaults our branch codes to 9999 on all requests.
